Company Logo
Upload your company logo. It will appear above "Shro Cost Sheet" in the top navigation bar, and on the left panel of the sign-in page.
Recommended: PNG with a transparent background, under 800KB.
Company Details
These appear in the header of every generated Cost Sheet PDF.
Approval Email Notifications
When a cost sheet is submitted or approved/rejected, the app can email the people involved automatically —
the creator gets every update, and each approver is only emailed when it's their turn.
These settings live on the server (not synced to other users' browsers), so your password stays private.
Send a Test Email
Gmail: use an App Password, not your normal password (needs 2-Step Verification on).

Outlook / Office 365: host
smtp.office365.com, port 587, SSL off. If your tenant enforces MFA, use an app password there too.
Local Database
All data is stored on this device in two places that mirror each other: your browser's IndexedDB (the main embedded database, higher capacity and more durable) and localStorage (a fast fallback). Nothing is sent to a server.
Download Backup
Save a copy of all cost sheets, users, and settings as a file — useful before clearing browser data, or to move your data to another computer.
Restore from Backup
Restoring a backup file replaces all current data in this browser. Make sure you have a current backup first if you want to keep what's here now.
